It is our priority to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. *Some restrictions apply. 


  • Because custom and personalized shoes are made just for you, they are not refundable. Please, contact us if you have any problem with your order.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.


  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You should also have a proof of purchase and authorization from customer service. Thus, we require notification via email within five business days when requesting a refund, return or exchange.


  • Remember, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Again, after 30 days of returning or receiving your shoes, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. No orders are kept, nor payments after 30 days. No exceptions.


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days.


We are sorry it did not work out!  Your satisfaction is our #1 concern. In case, we make a mistake, we will cover the shipping costs both ways. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Also, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Salamanca HandMade Shoes shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damages to persons or property resulting from the use of this product or any failure of or defect in this product. The repair or replacement of any non-functioning or defective product or the refund of the purchase price, at Salamanca Handmade Shoes option, shall constitute Salamanca Handmade Shoes's only liability, whether such liability is based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise.
